Psychotherapy may be provided through telehealth when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Clients receiving telehealth services may be required to confirm their physical location at the time of each appointment.
Clients should participate from a reasonably private environment and maintain sufficient internet or telephone access for the service.
Technology interruptions may occasionally occur. Appropriate backup arrangements may be discussed as part of the clinical relationship.
SteadyWay Counseling may use optional AI-assisted documentation functionality provided through Headway.
When AI transcription is used during an eligible Headway telehealth session, applicable client consent must be obtained before transcription begins.
The treating clinician reviews and is responsible for the final clinical documentation.
AI-assisted documentation does not replace professional judgment.
Appointments may be requested or scheduled through methods designated by SteadyWay Counseling or through Headway.
An inquiry or appointment request does not guarantee an appointment until it has been accepted or confirmed through the applicable scheduling system.
Clients receiving psychotherapy are subject to the cancellation and no-show policy provided during onboarding.

Insurance benefits and reimbursement are determined by the applicable health plan and cannot be guaranteed by SteadyWay Counseling.
Individuals who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their health insurance for services may have the right under federal law to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
